PREGNANCY MASSAGE: regular massage during pregnancy can be relaxing for both you and the baby. It can be used to help prevent or cope with any of the common "side effects" of pregnancy such as back pain, leg pain, constipation, morning sickness, water retention, fatigue, and may reduce the chances of baby blues and post-natal depression.
The whole body can be toned, posture can be improved and stiffness that comes from the heaviness of pregnancy can be alleviated. It can help lower high blood pressure, improve the condition and texture of the skin, thus helping to prevent stretch marks.
If you choose to attend for an aromatherapy treatment ensure that the practitioner is aware you are pregnant, and also is aware of any complications you may have had or may be experiencing at present. It is advisable to seek recommendations from a qualified aromatherapist before using any aromatherapy oils.

PULSING: is a deep form of rocking style massage. It works with the cardiac, respiratory and craniosacral rhythms of the body and used the high fluid content of the body to generate harmony for body mind and soul which can assist with the release of tension.
Pulsing can help with : stress : relaxation : improve circulation : increase joint mobility : aches and pains : improve general health : expand self awareness
Treatment consists of a variety of simple flowing and rocking rechniques applied to the fully clothed client creating a wave-like motion throughout the body. No oils are used. You lie on a massage table/couch/plinth. The body is rocked with a gentle rhythmic pulse.
