It is necessary that the Medical and Health professions feel confident that when they recommend a Complementary Health Therapist that their patient will receive the best possible care and attention by fully qualified ethical registered Therapists.

It is equally necessary that every Member of the Public consulting a Complementary Health Therapist directly be assured they are receiving the best possible attention and treatment.

Membership of the ARCHTI is very strict and it is only after scrutiny of an applicant’s qualifications from an accredited Training Course will membership be considered. Current Insurance Cover is required by each Member.

This Register is a list of dedicated Therapists who have achieved a recognised high standard of training through their qualifications and who agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and should have full practitioner insurance. As a client you are responsible for discussing options, prices of treatments and for selecting an ARCHTI Member to administer that treatment. ARCHTI is not responsible for any grievance or claim that you may have against any individual ARCHTI Member.

Pregnancy Caution

Any expectant Mother, or those who suspect they may be pregnant, should inform their Therapist of their stage of pregnancy so that the form of therapy or products used cannot harm their unborn infant. If in any doubt whatsoever you should refer back to your own Medical Practitioner for advice.
